How to change the Cursor Blinking Rate?

Please Dont try this soln , if it is not
*** ABSOLUTELY *** necessary !!!

( it MAY work on Win'95 , but i dont know anything about NT )

1 ) Win 95 maintains everything in registry =>	this entry is also there in it.
2 ) This data is maintained for every user => atmost u can change it only for ur login.

3 ) Goto Start -> Run -> type 'regedit' => open an explorer like interface.

4 ) Expand My Computer -> HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel => u may find 'desktop' as one of the entries.

5 ) Click on Desktop => 'CursorBlinkRate' appears on RHS
6 ) Right Click on it  -> Click Modify -> change value to 10000000000 ( approx 300 years )
7 ) Close 'regedit' and exit => setting may work from next session
				   OR
			  => Ur system may HANG
				   BCOS
				Registry file is only for Microsoft Windows to read n write.

NT Gurus , any pointers to NT's way of handling registry pl.
